Joan Ann (Adams) Budgeon, 84, formerly of Exeter Township, died in Westminster at Lake Ridge Health Center in Lake Ridge where she called home for the past two years.
She was the wife of Eugene Lee Budgeon who died June 18, 2009.
Born July 14, 1929 in Hazleton, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Helen (Wojciechowski) Adams.

Joan was a graduate of Hazleton High School.
She was employed as an integrated circuit production technician with AT&T for over 30 years, retiring in 1994.

Joan was a member of Saint Catherine of Siena Church.
Surviving are her two sons: Mark D., husband of Gail A. Budgeon of Woodbridge, VA and Alan D. Budgeon of Bern Township; two grandsons, Mark K. Budgeon and Alan D. Budgeon, Jr.
Joan was predeceased by her daughter, Paula Marie Budgeon who died May 29, 2007; brother, John Adams, Jr. and three sisters, Maryanne Miller, Helen Nicholas, June Sernak.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 10th at 11:00 a.m. in Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3121 Kutztown Road, Muhlenberg Township. A visitation will be held from 9:30-10 in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.
