Bill vs Steve? Mac vs PC? Liberal Arts vs Engineering? What was Your College Major?

Technology blog TechCrunch (a fellow AOL website) put forth this interesting essay by University of California Berkeley professor Vivek Wadhwa. According to Wadhwa, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates implied in a recent speech that money to the liberal arts should be reduced because it doesn't correlate with job creation; later Apple chief executive officer Steve Jobs called Apple's latest creation, the iPad 2, technology married with humanities.
