Dead Body Pulled From Water At Twin Lakes Park Friday: Sheriff

SnoCo Sheriff's investigators believe the dead man suffered a medical emergency while fishing, causing him to fall into the water.

MARYSVILLE, WA - A dead body was recovered Friday morning from the water at Gissberg Twin Lakes Park in Marysville, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office. A citizen reportedly called in the grisly discovery just after 11:30 a.m.

The deceased appears to be a middle-aged man, SnoCo officials said, noting his death does not appear suspicious.

Investigators reportedly have reason to suspect the man suffered a medical emergency while fishing, causing him to fall into the water. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will determine the official cause and manner of death, officials said.
