• VIPs pay visit to Snohomish County STEM's ECHO Tour at Edmonds College (lynnwoodtimes.com) — High schoolers from Edmonds School District spent a day at Edmonds College’s Hazel Miller Hall exploring hands-on healthcare careers through Snohomish County STEM’s ECHO Tour. Students from Edmonds-Woodway, Meadowdale, Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace rotated through interactive stations led by local healthcare professionals, while district and community VIPs looked on at this growing South County career‑exploration program.
   

• Thanks to Rick Steves, Lynnwood Hygiene Center has a permanent home (myedmondsnews.com) — An Edmonds-based Rick Steves donation has permanently secured the Lynnwood Hygiene Center building, preserving crucial shower, meal, and support services for unhoused neighbors many Edmonds residents also rely on. The center, aided by the Edmonds Food Bank and local parishes, raised nearly $400,000 alongside Steves’ $2 million gift to complete the $2.5 million purchase.
