Dick's Drive-In Now Hiring

The local chain needs workers for its new Edmonds location.

The n is now recruiting workers.

Job applications for the future Edmonds restaurant are being accepted at all five existing Seattle-area Dick's Drive-Ins. The chain plans to hire at least 25 new employees by September, in order to train staff for the restaurant's opening sometime before Thanksgiving.

The Edmonds location, on Highway 99 at 220th Street SW, is the first new Dick's Drive-In in 37 years. The first Dick's Drive-In opened near the University of Washington in 1954.

Employee benefits at Dick’s Drive-Ins include health insurance, $22,000 for college scholarships and subsidized childcare. The chain pays $9.50 per hour to start.
