Police are still looking for a shooter and no arrests have been made.
Police are hoping someone at the apartment complex saw what happened, otherwise they'll have to wait until they can talk to the surviving victim, Sgt. Rodney Chinnick of the Sheriff's Office said.Â
If you have information about what happened, you can call the Sheriff's Office at 911 or 206-296-3311.
The 18-year-old boy who survived was in surgery most of the morning.
Doctors said they are optimistic he will recover.
Chinnick said investigators don't know if the teens were targeted or if it was a random shooting. He said shootings are rare in Shoreline and especially the Richmond Beach neighborhood.
