2 Men Found Dead At Lakewood Apartment

Police received calls about shots fired at the Wisteria Walk Apartments at 1:45 a.m. Monday, police told Patch.

LAKEWOOD, WA — Two men, ages 70 and 50, were found dead inside a Lakewood apartment early Monday morning, police told Patch.

Police said received calls about shots fired at the Wisteria Walk Apartments on 112th Street Southwest at around 1:45 a.m.

The deaths are being investigated as a possible double homicide, police said. The 70-year-old is the apartment's resident and his relationship to the other man is not currently known.

Police told Patch that detectives are canvassing the complex for witnesses and additional information and are working to secure a search warrant to continue the investigation inside the apartment.

There currently are no suspects and there is no perceived danger to the public at this time, according to police.
