City of Lakewood's Daddy/Daughter Dance

  • WHAT: City of Lakewood's Daddy/Daughter Dance

  • WHEN: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, March 2

  • WHERE: Lakes High School

  • WHAT ELSE: This year's theme is "Cherry on Top"

  • COST: $35 for each daddy/daughter couple; $10 for each additional daughter.

The majority of the time, fathers are trying to convince their daughters to stay away from sweets.

But at this year's Daddy/Daughter Dance from the City of Lakewood, indulging in the sweeter things in life will be OK.

The theme of this year's dance is "Cherry on Top," which provides a perfect backdrop for dancing, photos and a Black Bear Frozen Yogurt Sundae Buffet. That's right, dads, uncles, brothers, grandpas and family friends can join their little girls from three types of frozen yogurt and lots of toppings.
