JBLM Announces Basewide Job Fair Next Week

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, WA — Looking for work in the Lakewood area? Well JBLM has a lot of opportunities for employment, and is hoping to fill those positions with a basewide job fair next week.

The event is set for Tuesday, Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Eagle's Pride Golf Course.

Participating agencies include MWR, Madigan Army Medical Center, Exchange, IHG Army Hotels, Directorate of Emergency Services, Base Supply Center and Lincoln Military Housing. Job listings include positions like cooks and custodial workers at MWR, barista positions at the exchange, even listings for pharmacists and nurses at Madigan Medical.

All jobseekers need to bring with them are a resume, social security card, photo ID and a birth certificate or passport.
