Passed 5â2 by the City Council after emotional debate tied to past neighborhood attacks, the ordinance clarifies when a dog can be deemed dangerous and what documentation is needed if another pet must be euthanized after an attack.

âą Demolition begins on property that housed Edmonds' Value Village (myedmondsnews.com) â Demolition has begun on the former Edmonds Value Village building at Highway 99 and 216th, a key junction serving Edmonds, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace. Verdant Health Commission is clearing the site as South County Fire considers buying it for a new fire and EMS station, a move that could significantly improve emergency response for nearby Lynnwood neighborhoods.
