A 25 year-old Fruitland Ave. E. resident was arrested on June 2, 2013 after he attracted the attention of his neighbors by setting off dry ice bombs in his backyard.
The man had numerous arrest warrants to his name. There were numerous Hondas and Acuras in various stages of repair on the property but none of the plates were reported as stolen.
Neighbors say there has been a lot of traffic coming and going at various hours throughout the day and night.
