Girl Camp Highlights Beauty, Etiquette for Back-to-School
The City of Puyallup Parks and Recreation Department is hosting "It's a Girl Thing" Camp, open to girls ages 12-15 (grades 6 through 9).

The City of Puyallup Parks and Recreation Department is hosting "It's aΒ Girl Thing" Camp, open to girls ages 12-15 (grades 6 through 9).Β
This camp helps prep girls headΒ back to school with tutorials onΒ hair, makeup, nails and working onΒ self confidence and inner beauty. Girls will alsoΒ learn how to walk with poise and gain skills in basic etiquette,Β discuss how to deal with stress at school, gossip and peer pressure.
OnΒ the last day, theyΒ will take a field trip to the Tacoma Mall and pick outΒ a stylish shirt and accessories to wear back to school.Β
FeeΒ includes the field trip at the end of the week and your purchase at theΒ Mall. Each camper will have a $30 to spend.
When: Mon-Fri, Aug 26-30, 9:00am-12:00pmΒ (extended day on Friday 9:00am-2:00pm)
