TACOMA, WA β€” Looking for a job or a career change? Well, Pierce County has a lot of jobs on offer, which organizers are hoping to fill at a career fair later this month.

The fair will be held Thursday, April 14 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Pierce County Annex at 2401 S 35th St in Tacoma. The county says it has over 30 job openings, including positions at the Assessor Treasurers office, Parks and Recreation, Clerk of Superior Court, Sheriff's Department and Planning and Public Works.

There will be openings for full-time, part-time and seasonal positions, and some agencies are hiring immediately, so the county says to bring a resume and prepare for an on-the-spot interview.
