Puyallup Schools On 2-Hour Delay Wednesday
To ensure safe driving conditions for buses and families, the Puyallup School District will operate on a 2-hour delay Feb. 6.
PUYALLUP, WA - In anticipation of continued cold weather across the region, creating dangerous driving conditions especially early in the day, the Puyallup School District will operate on a two-hour delay Wednesday. The delay also applies to Right At School.
Additionally, the district has canceled morning preschool as well as elementary band and orchestra, and it canceled previously scheduled early release for secondary students. The end of semester early dismissal rescheduled for Wednesday will be moved to Thursday.
The school district announced the plan around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
