The broader year-end review highlights how KCRHA is coordinating data, funding, and shelter capacity across the region to slow growth in unsheltered homelessness and streamline services for people in crisis. 
• Washington state may regulate Flock cameras, other license-plate readers in 2026 (oregonlive.com) — Redmond is among several Washington cities that shut off Flock license-plate cameras amid privacy and misuse concerns, including a mistaken arrest tied to camera data. A new state bill would tightly limit how long agencies can keep license-plate footage and who can access it, aiming to balance crime-fighting tools with civil liberties and public trust.
