Spend Martin Luther King, Jr. Day planting trees and shrubs at Cavanaugh Pond in Renton. The area includes critical habitat for spawning sockeye, in addition to a variety of wildlife. Once infested with invasive blackberries, the area is now clear and ready to be restored and re-planted with native species.
