King County Metro Transit will continue its service on a reduced schedule for the Christmas and New Years holidays. Regular fares are still required for all routes in service.
Most Metro and King County offices are closed Friday, Dec. 24 and Friday, Dec. 31; however, Metro's Customer Information Office at 206-553-3000 will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec .24 and Friday, Dec. 31. It will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 25 and Saturday, Jan. 1.
New fares will take effect on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, and all regular service resumes on Monday, January 3.
