Renton Seeks Candidate to Fill Park Commission Vacancy

The City invites Renton residents, who have an interest in parks and government, to apply for a vacant seat on the Park Commission.

The current Commission will review the applications and recommend a candidate to the Mayor. The City Council will confirm the appointment later this year.

Each full-term is a four-year commitment; however, this position will expire in 2013 because it will fill a vacancy.
