Downtown Renton Shooting Injures Teen
Renton Police are searching for more information about the Saturday evening crime.

A 14-year-old boy received non-life threatening injuries during a shooting in downtown Renton on Saturday night.
Renton Police responded to reports of multiple gunshots fired at the Renton Transit Center shortly after 10 p.m. and found the teen nearby. The suspect is described as a young African American man with a dark-colored Jeep.
The shooting does not appear to be a random crime, according to officials, although the suspects's motives are still unknown.

This is the this year. A 17-year-old girl and a 24-year-old man were shot outside a Renton grocery store on 200 S. 3rd Street on January 28. Both recovered from their injuries; however, the suspects were never caught.
