Emergency Lanes Closures On NE 3rd In Renton For Sewer Repair
It's unclear how long the lane closures will last. The repair work will happen just east of I-405.
RENTON, WA — Northeast 3rd Street east of I-405 is undergoing emergency repairs that will require most lanes to be closed. It's unclear at this point how long the closures will last.
City crews will be repairing a stormwater line that lies about 4 feet underneath the westbound lanes. All westbound lanes will close, moving one westbound lane into the eastbound lanes, according to Renton police.
The closure affects a stretch of NE 3rd between Blaine Avenue and Monterey Drive/Bronson Way. That's about one block east of I-405.
