About the artist:
Norman Petersen fell in love with decorative painting back in the early 90's. Since then he's mastered dozens of “faux” finishes (pronounce 'faux' like 'go', not 'fox'. Silent X, that's french for ya) including marble, tile, semiprecious stone, wood, authentic Venetian plaster... In recent years he's focused on applying these lessons to mural work, furniture decoration, hand painted signs and fine art.
