Glennwood Townhomes Ribbon Cutting

WHAT: The City of Renton and the Renton Housing Authority will be celebrating two achievements of the Sunset Area Community Revitalization Program.  The Glennwood Townhomes, eight four-bedroom townhomes in the Sunset Area, are the Renton Housing Authority’s first replacement housing for the planned redevelopment of the Sunset Terrace public housing project. This project is one of many community enhancements envisioned in the Sunset Area Community Revitalization Program, which will also receive a 2012 VISION 2040 Award from the Puget Sound Regional Council.
