In this hilarious and touching play by Norm Foster (Canada's most–produced playwright and answer to Neil Simon) John Cummings lives on the top floor of the Aurora Terrace Apartments somewhere in Canada, one mile from town, and directly under an airport's busy flight path. John is a lonely and divorced back–porch philosopher. Over three and a half years, three very different women occupy the apartment next door: Fay, a hooker; Angel, a young lady who aspires to a life in show business; and Gwen, a woman who has just left her husband. As John reflects on his relationships with Fay, Angel, and Gwen, he shares his unique views on everything from poets to sex.
