Join the City of Renton and Rentontrails.org  for two great events: a groundbreaking ceremony for the May Creek Trail and a ribbon cutting for the completed storm water improvements along Lake Washington Boulevard North.
The City gives a special thanks to the Washington State Public Works Board for providing funding for the acquisition and development and execution of this project.
The May Creek Trail will provide a connection between Lake Washington Boulevard and the Cougar Mountain Regional Wildlife Park, and is an ongoing interagency effort between Renton, Newcastle and King County. Funding for the project has come from both public agencies and private donations.
