In Need Of Warmth? Auburn Has A Warming Shelter
Warming shelter in Auburn will be open through Dec. 11.
The City of Auburn has opened an Emergency Cold Weather Shelter until further notice. The shelter hours are:
- Thursday, December 8: 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Friday, Decemeber 9: 9:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Saturday, December 10: 10:15 p.m. to 10 a.m.
- Sunday, December 11: 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The location will be the Veteran's Memorial Building in Veteran's Memorial Park, at 411 E St. NE.
Citizens with emergencies should call 911. For emergency preparedness questions, call 253-876-1925.
