Renton Arts & Culture Social Hour

  • When/Where: Thursday, April 26, 4-6 p.m. at Vino at The Landing, 800 North 10th Place.
  • Why Go: Meet Renton's Art Commissioners, artists and other art supporters and stay in the know on current happenings with arts & culture in Renton.
  • Price: No cover; beer, wine and food for purchase.

Eagles Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser 

  • When/Where: Saturday, April 28 from 9 a.m.- 1p.m. at Renton Fraternal Order Of Eagles, 220 Wells Ave. South.
  • Why Go: All proceeds go to Diabetes Research Center and Washington State Eagles Kidney Fund. Call 425-226-1722 for more information.

Renton Earth Day/Arbor Day

  • When/Where: Saturday, April 28 at the , 211 Burnett Ave. N. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Why Go: Celebrate the environment and be a good steward of Renton's outdoors by planting trees and flowers, spreading landscaping chips, and cleaning areas in the park to promote a healthy environment. Plants, mulch and tool will be provided by the City. Call the the Community Services Department at 425-430-6600 to register.
  • Price: Free.
