Renton Multicultural Festival Returns This Weekend

The fourth annual festival starts Friday night at Carco Theatre and continues through the weekend.

RENTON, WA — Renton's annual free Multicultural Festival returns this weekend, featuring food, art, and performances from groups ranging from Irish dancers to Sikh martial artists. The festival happens Friday and Saturday at the Carco Theatre and the performance space at Piazza Park.

Here's the lineup for both days of the festival:

Friday, 6 p.m., Carco Theatre

Renton High School Asian Pacific Islander Club: Tinikling, Hula, & Vietnamese Fan Dance
Nrityalaya School of Dance: South Indian Classical Dance
Rowan Fae Irish Dance: Traditional and modern Irish dance
Bhangra Group - ABC: Bhangra Dance (Punjab Region)
Semilla Flamenca: Flamenco dance/songs
