Renton Planning Commission Agenda, September 19

Two big issues in tonight's agenda include height restrictions for radio antennas in residential neighborhood and a proposed change in residential density that could affect duplex owners in the Highlands neighborhood.

The Renton Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, September 19 at 6 p.m. on the seventh floor of City Hall.

Wednesday's meeting will include a public hearing to address height restrictions for radio antennas and a proposed change in residential density in the Highlands neighborhood.

The public is welcome to attend and speak at these meetings during audience comment. Anyone who would like to address the Planning Commission must complete a “Request to Speak” form located next to the agendas at the back of the room and return it to the Recording Secretary at the front of the room. Speakers will be called upon by the Chair. Each audience member is allowed to speak for three minutes regarding items on the current agenda.

Planning Commission meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers (unless otherwise indicated on the City celndar).
