Renton Police Search For Bank Robbery Suspect
Renton police said someone robbed a downtown Bank of America Friday morning and fled the area.
RENTON, WA — The Renton Police Department searched Friday for a person wanted in connection with a bank robbery downtown. In a social media post, police said there was a large number of officers deployed along Burnett Avenue South after a suspect implied he had a gun and robbed a Bank of America.
Officers said the suspect left the area, possibly in a vehicle, and there were no injuries. More details on the robbery, or a description of the suspect, were not immediately available.
