Renton's Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration Returns This Month
The Landing's holiday spectacular is back this month, complete with a tree lighting, laser light show, and even a few snowflakes.

RENTON, WA — The Landing at Renton will host a Christmas tree lighting and other festivities, inviting families down to ring in the holiday season on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. This year's celebrations include the customary tree lighting, laser light show and meet-and-greets with Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty and Rudolf.
Even if the weather stays clear, visitors can count on catching some snowflakes, too. Guests will also have a chance to walk through a giant Christmas ornament and take photos in the wintry setting.
The free event kicks off on Nov. 19 at 6 p.m., with the light show and snowfall repeating again at 7 p.m. Neighbors can catch the action in the plaza across from Regal Cinemas.
