High Court Takes On Mask Issue

The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear a case over the legality of the Governor's mask mandate.

ACROSS WISCONSIN—The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear a case over the legality of the Governor's mask mandate.

The Court will hear oral arguments on November 16 starting at 9:45 a.m.

Because of the concerns around the coronavirus, oral arguments before the court will be conducted via videoconferencing. The hearing room will not be open to the public.

Counsel in this case will receive instructions from the Clerks Office prior to the date of the oral argument regarding the procedures for appearing remotely.
