TAI CHI - NEIGONG
During this class, you will learn 8 basic Tai Chi Neigong movements that develop the principles and foundation to practice the older, traditional forms of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan. This relaxed and mindful approach of body movement will gradually produce a wide variety of benefits for your mind, body, and spirit including Increased flexibility and strength; significant improvement in balance; stress reduction & improved mental clarity; and enhanced overall well-being.
Jim Janicik is a 6th generation lineage holder of Secret Yang Tai Chi Chuan and has 37 years of internal martial arts experience.
