Clover Crawl: Greendale St. Patrick's Day Celebration Is Saturday

Storytime with a leprechaun, a family-friendly shop-hop, green beer and hidden clovers will all mark Saturday's celebration on Broad Street.

GREENDALE, WI — Storytime with a leprechaun, hidden shamrocks for prizes, pet portraits, beer and more are coming to Greendale's Broad Street on Saturday as part of St. Patrick's Day. Clover Crawl.

The events will kick off in the morning at businesses along Broad Street, according to Kristin Jastroch, Greendale's public relations director. Jastroch said the event is a family-friendly spin on a pub crawl, so many restaurants in town will have themed drinks and dishes, while other businesses will have special deals for shopping and activities for kids.

One highlight of the event is the Greendale Public Library's Leprechaun storytime. A leprechaun will be telling stories starting at 1 p.m. and there will also be coloring activities, Jastroch said.
