Investigators struck gold when they searched the suspect's home, according to a county alert.

A recent Racine County Sheriff's Office sting helped snare an alleged crack, heroin and pot dealer who was taken into custody Monday after investigators searched his home.

Pending an appearance before a judge, Devontia M. Cruse, 24, of Racine, is facing several felony drug charges, according to a county alert sent Tuesday. He was arrested on Monday after agents reportedly found a plethora of drugs at his residence in the 3000 block of 9th Avenue.

Among the booty were 30 individually packaged bags of heroin totaling 15 grams; six individually packaged bags of crack cocaine totaling 1.1 grams; an unspecified amount of marijuana; a digital scale; drug packaging materials; and about $4,000 in cash, police said. Agents from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office Metro Drug Unit and City of Racine Special Investigative Unit conducted the search around 9:30 a.m.
