MILWAUKEE — As the Thanksgiving holiday weekend approaches, Wisconsin is bracing for a blast of arctic air that will send temperatures plunging to a frigid 13 degrees. Other parts of the Upper Midwest could see temps drop below 0 degrees.

The sharp cold snap is expected to make for one of the coldest Thanksgiving weekends, with wind chills making it feel even colder.

Wisconsinites must bundle up to prepare for flag football and other Turkey Day celebrations. There is little chance of any snow or rain, however.
