Criminal Drug Suspect Dies in Police-Involved Shooting on Milwaukee's North Side
Arresting officers were confronted by a suspect holding a gun, according to reports.

MILWAUKEE - A drug suspect was killed Thursday night in a police-involved shooting on Milwaukee's North Side, where officers reportedly faced a man holding a gun.
WTMJ reported that Federal, West Allis and Milwaukee law enforcement officers were uninjured in the incident, which occurred in the 4900 block of North 19th Street. Drug Enforcement Administration agents and area officers arrived at the scene following a high-intensity drug task force investigation, according to an ABC News article.
Plain clothes officers reportedly approached the suspect's vehicle and were, "confronted by an individual with a firearm in his hand."

Gunfire ensued thereafter. The criminal suspect was shot and on-scene paramedics were unable to revive him.
"Chief (Edward) Flynn says we will not know who shot how many bullets until the firearms are examined from both the suspect and the officers," WTMJ said.

The shooting remained under investigation on Friday.
