MILWAUKEE — It's officially the spookiest time of the year. Halloween is Thursday, Oct. 31, when ghosts and goblins of all sorts will appear in front of your door asking for treats.
According to AccuWeather, Thursday will feature a high of 55 and a low of 39 degrees in Milwaukee. "Chance for a bit of rain or drizzle in the morning; otherwise, mostly cloudy and cooler," AccuWeather states.
