March Madness: Important NCAA Tournament Dates And Ticket Info; Where Will The Wisconsin Badgers Land?

The Wisconsin Badgers are ranked No. 24 heading into the Big Ten Tournament this weekend.

MILWAUKEE, WI — March Madness is finally upon us, and it's time to start thinking about that office pool and your bracket strategy.

Ranked at 24 in the latest AP poll, Wisconsin will certainly be attending the "Big Dance" this year. But before the Big Dance, the Badgers will be playing in the Big Ten Conference Tournament.

The Badgers are seeded at number 2 in the Big Ten Tournament at will play on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. ET on the Big Ten Network. (Download a Big Ten Tournament bracket here.) The Big Ten Tournament Championship is slated for Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on CBS.

Almost immediately following the Big Ten Championship, the field of 68 teams will be chosen. The 2017 NCAA Tournament Selection Sunday show can be viewed on CBS at 5:30 p.m. ET or via live stream on NCAA.com, CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports App.

The 2017 NCAA Tournament will kick things off with the First Four Tuesday, March 14 and Wednesday, March 15 in Dayton and wraps up with the National Championship on Monday, April 3 from Phoenix.

Milwaukee plays host to first- and second-round games on March 16 and 18, at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Marquette University will serve as the host school — ticket info here.

Pre-tourney NCAA Tournament Bracketology has the Badgers seeded at No. 6 in the Midwest with first- and second-round games being played in Indianapolis.
