MILWAUKEE,WI—A road rage incident turned into a shooting early Monday morning.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Monday, October 19, at approximately 7:42 a.m., on the 5100 block of W. Custer Avenue.

The victim was involved in a road rage incident with the suspect when several shots were fired and he was subsequently struck.

Several shots were fired in the area of 5100 block and 6000 block of W. Custer Avenue.

The victim, a 38-year-old man from Milwaukee, sustained non-life threatening injuries, according to police. He walked into a local hospital for treatment.
