Missing Milwaukee Girl, 3, Found Safe [UPDATE]

Phoenix Dickens was taken from her home by two armed men on Monday morning, authorities say.

UPDATED at 11:15 a.m.: An Amber Alert for 3-year-old Milwaukee girl Phoenix M. Dickens has been canceled after she was found safe on Monday morning.

Dickens was found crying in bushes outside a 19th and Juneau apartment building, according to Action News.

Authorities are searching for the armed men who took Dickens from her home at 2:30 a.m, Action News reports.

According to authorities, Phoenix M. Dickens was taken from her home, located on the 4800-block of North 62nd St., by two men both armed with silver handguns. Two vehicles were at the scene: a dark-colored sedan with tinted windows and a red minivan, authorities say. Dickens was taken in the red minivan.

Dickens was described as black, with black hair, brown eyes, 2 feet 4 inches tall and 40 pounds, authorities say. She has ponytails and was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt, and purple and pink checkered pants.

Authorities described one man as black with a light complexion, slim build and 150 pounds. He carried Dickens out of the home.

The second man was described as black with a dark complexion, slim build, 160 to 170 pounds, clean shaven, approximately 30 to 33 years old and wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with the hood up.
