Snow Showers Followed By Sunshine In Southeast WI Weekly Forecast
A line of snow showers is expected across southeast Wisconsin, forecasters said. Temperatures will likely rise at the end of the week.
MILWAUKEE, WI — Commuters in the Milwaukee area should expect a line of snow showers Monday morning, the National Weather Service reported. High temperatures are likely on Thursday.
A hazardous weather outlook was given for Waukesha and Milwaukee counties as a "few periods of wet snow" is expected to create slippery and blinding conditions on roads, forecasters said.
Snow showers will likely hit Waukesha at 9 a.m. and Milwaukee at 10:30 a.m., a national forecast Twitter post showed. Snow will most likely hit these areas in a straight line from north to south, stretching from Sheboygan to the border with Illinois.

A few snow showers are likely in the afternoon as well, forecasters said. Rain and snow are likely before 4 p.m. and will change to rain and snow after 5 p.m.
Temperatures are expected to rise later in the week: Mild heat up to 63 degrees is expected in Milwaukee on Thursday, AccuWeather said in its daily forecast.

Warm weather will stay in the high 50s on Friday and reach 70 on Saturday, AccuWeather reported.

Rain, mainly after 2 p.m. High near 49. Breezy, with a southeast wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Rain, mainly before 2 a.m. Low around 43. Breezy, with a south wind 15 to 20 mph becoming west 10 to 15 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
