Spring Election Milwaukee: Where To Vote, Send Absentee Ballots
Voters can return absentee ballots in the mail, their clerk's office or at their local polling station. Polls open April 5.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Milwaukee residents with absentee ballots will have a chance to turn their vote in at early voting locations, the City of Milwaukee Elections Commission said. The Spring Election is on April 5.
Residents can send their absentee ballot to their local clerk by mail, in person at their clerk's office or in person at their local polling place, the League of Women Voters said.
Most Wisconsinites will need a photo ID to vote in-person or through absentee.

Here's how to return your absentee ballot in Milwaukee.
- Send it to the election clerk's office with the paid postage envelope included with the absentee ballot: 200 E. Wells St., Room 501. Milwaukee, WI 53202.
- Drop it off at the election clerk's office in person. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Return it to your local polling place on April 5. Check My Vote WI to find your local poll station. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Drive-up curbside ballot drop-off will be available at all early voting locations on March 26 and April 2 from 10:00am - 3:00pm, the city election commission said.
Those voting in person on the day of the Spring Election should check My Vote WI for their local polling place. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., the city said.

Here are early voting locations and hours in Milwaukee. Early voting started Tuesday and will end April 2.
- Frank P. Zeidler Municipal Building, 841 N. Broadway, Room 102
- Midtown Center, 5700 W. Capitol Drive
- Zablocki Library, 3501 W. Oklahoma Avenue
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays.
- Bay View Library, 2566 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.
- East Library, 2320 N. Cramer St.
- Good Hope Library, 7717 W. Good Hope Road
- Tippecanoe Library, 3912 S. Howell Ave.
- Villard Square Library, 5190 N. 35th St.
- Washington Park Library, 2121 N. Sherman Blvd
- 12-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays
Absentee ballots were mailed three weeks before local spring elections and 47 days before national fall elections, the league said.
Absentee drop boxes are no longer allowed after a Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling.
