Temps Could Approach 50 Around The Milwaukee Area Into The Week: NWS
After a holiday deep freeze across much of Wisconsin, the National Weather Service said temperatures could approach 50 by week's end.

WISCONSIN — After a holiday deep freeze across much of Wisconsin, temperatures are expected to warm into the 40s by the end of the week in the Milwaukee area, according to the National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan.
The warmer temps are being ushered in by a gusty southerly breeze, the NWS said in a tweet. Much of the snow is expected to melt, leading to cloudiness and chances of rain returning by the end of the week.
Tuesday is still a bit cold because of the winds but the temperatures are set to rise each day into Thursday. By Thursday, the NWS forecast patchy fog and drizzle into Friday.
