WATCH: Wisconsinites Find A Way To Reach Elusive Paul Ryan In Rhode Island
Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan has been hard to pin down lately, but some creative Wisconsinites found a way.

Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan seems to be avoiding his Wisconsin constituents, and many are finding it frustrating not being unable to express their dissatisfaction with various topics to their congressman. In fact, one group erected a billboard urging Ryan to stop running already and hold a town hall meeting.
Another group of frustrated Ryan constituents posted a missing persons ad on the Madison Craigslist.
The Paul Ryan Craigslist ad reads:

We are trying to locate our lost Congressman from Janesville. He is a yuge fan of working out in the House of Representatives gymnasium, penning Ayn Rand fanfiction and lecturing poor people on the advantages of being born into wealth. We had been planning on having an intervention at his recess town hall meetings, because seems to be addicted to power, but he fled sometime in and around January 20, 2017 and hasn't been seen since. We heard a rumor he was seen raising money in Corpus Christie, Texas as late as Monday, February 20. He answers to the name "Paul."

Clearly, frustration has led to creativity regarding reaching out to Ryan, and recently, the Working Families Party of Rhode Island and frustrated Wisconsinites may have come up with the most creative solution yet.
When it was learned that the House speaker would be attending a meeting with "Year Up" in their state, the Working Families Party of Rhode Island reached out to and collaborated with their friends in Wisconsin to get a message to Ryan.

The solution was somewhat low-tech but creative. Wisconsinites simply called their messages in via cell phone to the nearly 200 protesting Rhode Islanders as Ryan's motorcade went by. The Rhode Islanders then passed their messages along to Ryan via megaphone.
