Woman Arrested After Crash Involving Milwaukee Bus: Police
A vehicle ran a red light and crashed into a Milwaukee bus on Saturday near Burleigh Street and Sherman Boulevard, police said.
MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle ran through a red light and hit a Milwaukee County bus near Sherman Boulevard and Burleigh Street on Saturday evening, according to police.
The car was driving south on Sherman when it hit the bus that was traveling east on Burleigh, police said. The 23-year-old woman who was driving the car brought her 2-year-old passenger, who was not in a car seat, to a hospital for treatment after the crash and officers later arrested the woman, police said.
The 62-year-old man who was driving the bus was also brought to a hospital for treatment, police said.
