Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library
For more than 25 years, the Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library has strengthened local library services by funding programs, supporting resources and fostering community involvement. Members can help stock and manage the ongoing Book Nook sale, assist with special events or take part in volunteer needs (as shared at monthly meetings).

Hunger Task Force
Hunger Task Force tackles the fight against hunger and food insecurity in Milwaukee County, operating food banks, senior food box programs, the Mobile Market and a working farm that supplies fresh produce. Volunteers aged 16 and up can sort food, pack boxes, guide shoppers at market sites or pitch in at the farm.
