• Washington County Board: Use existing infrastructure for Port Washington data center (gmtoday.com) — A massive new Vantage data center for OpenAI and Oracle in Port Washington is prompting Washington County officials to urge use of existing power line corridors to minimize impacts on landowners and the environment. The board’s advisory resolution backs a more direct Sheboygan-to-Port Washington route, while also approving funding to expand the county golf course clubhouse and voting to leave a regional planning commission.
