Seeking to build a proactive and transparent environment for our community grow
The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Rubber stamping issues out of the alderman council doors within the same day as proposed, does not leave much influence from the community on agenda issues. Plan to work on making the issues more transparent to everyone within a timely matter to work with the community's concerns
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
Already an active member in the community, with alot of experience with what family's deal with from day to day. I'm also not afraid to ask questions when I feel things aren't right.
If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)
Our community has been threw alot of challenges. Failure has and always will be a hard lesson. However We will continue to develop and grow as a community. We're ready
Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.
Lack of correcting issues, following up on local issues, small businesses, housing, improving the mental health system in place. More and more issues coming in the more people I talk too.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Supporting a large family, able to reach out to others and support them. Have grown Resources and experiences in my life that can benefit everyone. I'm not afraid to work for it.
The best advice ever shared with me was:
You only have so much time on this earth, spend it like it's your last day.
