Waukesha County deputy recovering after dog attack; owner charged (wisn.com) — A Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy is recovering after being bitten by a dog during a domestic violence call Thursday evening in the Village of Lisbon. Investigators say a 64-year-old man allegedly ordered the dog to attack, leading the deputy to fatally shoot the animal; the owner now faces a felony charge for battery to an officer using a dangerous weapon.
   

2.
