2 Officers Were Shot And Injured Responding To A Shots Fired Call Saturday Night
Two officers were shot and injured in Wauwatosa Saturday night. Police said a man is in custody in connection with the shooting.
WAUWATOSA, WI — A man is in custody after police say two Wauwatosa police officers were shot and injured Saturday night while responding to a shots fired report at the Radisson Hotel on North Mayfair Road.
Police responded to the hotel around 10:33 p.m. where witnesses told officers the shots were fired from the second floor. Officers were fired at when they checked the floor, police said.
Two officers were hit and they suffered non-life threatening injuries. According to police, they are in the hospital in stable condition.

Police searched the hotel and found that no one else was injured. Police also said there was no known threat to the public.
